Predominantly sweet paste, with 40% figs, ideal for variegating ice cream in containers and cups and for filling and decorating cakes and semifreddos.
Wonderful on yoghurt, it is ideal on ricotta, mascarpone and egg cream. With Delipaste Fabbri Walnut, it is perfect for making “Walnut and Fig” ice cream.
