Ruby red with purple highlights, it retains its appearance with softer hues when diluted. Its bouquet is very intense with floral notes of elderflower and fruity notes of small red fruits, such as elderberries and currants. It tastes sweet, soft and fairly balanced to the palate, with a lingering aftertaste. Ideal paired with sparkling wines, clear spirits (vodka and gin) and beer.
