Description
The preparation of bavarois and mousses. These are cold-processible, cuttable and freeze-stable. Using this mix ensures high-quality, consistent results. Recipe:
Ingredients : 200 gr. Mousse Mix + 250 gr. water + 1 Liter unsweetened whipped cream
1.Whip the unsweetened whipped cream and keep cool
2.Mix together the Mousse Mix with the specified amount of water at 25°C (all varieties) or at 30°C (MM Tiramisu)
3.Fold in the unsweetened whipped cream
4.Chill the mousse in the refrigerator for an hour
5.Afterwards, store in the freezer
