Fabbri NEVEPANN BELPANNA 100 C/F base is a low dosage base (100g/l vegetable milk) to be used both hot and cold process.

Without milk or fat, it ensures creaminess, scoopability and excellent yield in the container, even with cold processing. It is ideal for vegan ice creams. 100g of product + 1L of milk + 200g of sugar
