Description
Fabbri NEVEPANN 100 FOR FRUIT is a cold base, at low dosage (100g/l water), with a neutral taste, without vegetable fats and with a high content of sugar and low-fat milk. Thanks to its formulation it gives ice cream scoopability and consistency.
DOSAGE
100 g of product + 330/350 g of sugar+ 1 L of water + 100g of Delipaste
