  • 1000G Water
  • 2000G Sugar
  • 100G Actiwhite Meringue Powder


Dissolve Actiwite in water and allow it to rest for 5-10 min.

Add 1/3 of the sugar with the actiwhite-water mix and whipp it for a couple of minutes until full volume.

After stiff peaks, gradually add the remaining sugar while mixing slowly.
