The blend created by the founder Massimo Pedron designed for maximum versatility. Natural Brazilian Arabicas and washed Central American Arabicas in equal measure, together with the most valuable of the Indian washed Robusta. Sweet aroma of toasted bread and low acidity. Full body and persistent aftertaste, exceptional in purity or in combination with milk.
