Mixybar Mandorla

A deep milky white, it takes on a milky appearance when diluted. Its aroma is intense, with persistent toasted notes of almonds and hints of dried fruit. It tastes sweet, soft and fairly balanced to the palate. Excellent in coffee, granitas and cocktails. An iconic ingredient in hot and cold Mediterranean-style coffee and fundamental in Caffè Salentino and almond granitas. Selected by chef Filippo La Mantia for the Sicilian version of the classic Mojito cocktail.
