Fabbri NEVEFRUTTA 50 base is a low dosage base (50g/l water), which can be used both cold and hot and has a neutral taste.
It is characterised by the absence of milk derivatives. For best performance, it is advisable to let the mixture rest to allow the stabilisers to hydrate and thus perform their function better.
