Fabbri NEVEPANN 50 F base is a cold process, low-dosage base (50g/l milk), with no added fat. Thanks to the presence of maltodextrins and modified starch, it ensures an ice cream with a fine, silky texture and compact consistency.

The vanilla flavouring does not mask the taste of the added flavouring pastes but enhances them. 50g of product + 1L of milk + 270g of sugar
